Total Quality Residential Services, Inc. is a licensed and approved private non-profit agency located in Owings Mills, Maryland, providing residential support services in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. We support and serve intellectual and developmentally disabled children and young adults, including medically fragile, profound disabilities, complex medical needs, and with mild behaviors individuals to help them live in a community or residential setting.
We are dedicated to helping our residents engage in a variety of stimulating, therapeutic, social, and recreational activities to build their cognitive, physical, and social skills so they can live independently and become active members of their community. Our dedicated staff members provide support in areas including, but not limited to, daily living, personal care, in-home supports, respite care, and transportation.
