Our Supported Living program provides innovative and person-centered support services for adults with developmental disabilities in the District of Columbia to help them live independently within their own homes and become active members of their community.
We offer specific and tailored services to meet their changing needs, help them practice meaningful choices, and control in their daily lives to achieve their long-term personal goals. We aim to support them with their daily living activities and emergencies, managing financial affairs, selecting and moving into an apartment or home, and others to help them maintain a safe, healthy, stable, and independent life in their community.
